Single molecule mass photometry of nucleic acids

We often get asked whether mass photometry can only be used with proteins. A new publication from the Kukura Group at Oxford showcases this technology as an equally useful tool for studying nucleic acids, enabling their facile, rapid and accurate detection and quantification using minute amounts of sample!
